Promoting employability in a sustainable manner requires, on the one hand, that the employee as an individual has sufficient knowledge (know-how), has a positive basic attitude (want) and is able to display the desired behaviour (ability) in order to take control of his employability. On the other hand, this requires a healthy culture, an effective leadership style and adequate policies from the organization that facilitate the individual’s self-management. With our educational offerings, we facilitate this dual responsibility of employee and employer.
Our range of education and workshops focused on organizational culture, leadership and policy includes training courses such as:
- Insight into the Working Conditions Framework Act (Arbowet) for organizations that want to legally anchor sustainable employability in their policy.
- The RI&E as a (cultural) management system.
- Effective leadership.
- Integral health management.
- Managing employability with business intelligence.
The above list is certainly not exhaustive.
