Integral refers to the fact that IGM interfaces with all other policies to achieve a financially healthy organisation with healthy people.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this interactive masterclass you will gain insight into the theoretical framework behind IGM. And you will learn how to translate this into your own business processes on the basis of practical examples of successful implementation. Elements such as strategic organisation analysis, stakeholder analysis, effective communication and smart financing will be addressed. Prior to the master class, you will be asked to collect information from your own organisation, so that you can use the input from this master class to further sharpen your organisation\u2019s business case and make an adequate(r) translation to operationalisation in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This IGM masterclass is also a prelude to working in accordance with the NPR 6070 guideline \u2018Managing sustainable employability of employees\u2019 or an IHMQ (Integrated Health Management and Quality) certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of this course, participants have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic knowledge of the theoretical framework behind IGM and its added value for organisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insight into common issues such as connection to existing processes in the organisation, support, permanent agenda-setting and effective behavioural influencing communication campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical tips and advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific actions to be taken in your own organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For whom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants are board members, managers, executives, HR officers, health and safety professionals and works council members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practical information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants: &nbsp;&nbsp;15 persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;by arrangement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration: &nbsp; half-day.
