This requires insight into the specific combination of root causes and associated risks. A measurement at the organisation level, the Organisation Diagnosis Scan, contributes to this insight. The same applies to a measurement at individual level, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/employability-preventie\/inzetbaarheidsscan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Employability Scan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insight into causes and risks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisation Diagnosis Scan consists of three complementary parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In dialogue with a representative of your organisation, bottlenecks, risks and best practices are exposed and individual factors versus organisational factors are unravelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screening and analysis of policy documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of the sustainable employability \u2018Organisation &amp; Company\u2019 questionnaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Well-founded choices for deployment of organisational interventions and policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the Organisational Diagnosis Scan, targeted labour and organisational advice can follow and well-founded choices can be made at the management level about the targeted \u2018lean &amp; mean\u2019 deployment of organisational interventions and policy. If desired, our professionals can support you in making the translation to a thorough employment and organisation advice that is appealing to the various stakeholders within your organisation, including the management and the financial department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of the Organisational Diagnosis Scan, in combination with the RI&amp;E, form important input for our key experts, who can be deployed at your request.
