For the employee:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n They offer the employee who is dealing with undesirable behaviour a listening ear in a confidential environment, analyse the problem and the actions taken, determine possible next steps and assist the employee in doing so. Follow-up steps can range from support in finding people within the organisation who can \u2018help\u2019 to finding a mediator, guidance in going to the complaints committee (formal procedure) and\/or referral to psychosocial, legal or other assistance.
