Working together to create a world in which vital, engaged employees can develop within an organisation and at the same time contribute to the organisation\u2019s short- and long-term (social) goals. To this end, we advise employers, employees, sector organisations and other stakeholders on health and sustainable employability at both organisational and individual level. And we offer effective, practical interventions and tools within the three pillars of sustainable employability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/organisatiecultuur-beleid\/organisatiecultuur-leiderschap-en-beleid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Organisational culture, policy and leadership.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/employability-preventie\/\" target=\"_blank\">Employability and prevention.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/verzuimbeheersing-schadelastreductie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Absence management and reduction of claims.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ambition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Active Health Group&nbsp;is a company that uses its business operations to have a measurable positive impact on social and environmental issues. In our case: working together for healthy people in healthy&nbsp;organisations&nbsp;with an eye for the entire value chain. We have translated this ambition into&nbsp;specific&nbsp;terms, including&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A code of ethics for employees and suppliers in which they commit to universal human rights such as equal treatment, freedom of association, protection against child labour and forced labour.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human Being Management (HBM) for our employees as a successor to the Human Resource policy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationwide service provision whereby digital cooperation allows customers,&nbsp;employees&nbsp;and suppliers more time for social life in their own local environment and minimises the environmental impact.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-term partnerships with suppliers who have an eye for socially responsible business practices and who spend, in principle, 5% of the purchase price on social refunding in line with our mission. Whereby we donate the same contribution.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/organisatiecultuur-beleid\/risico-inventarisatie-en-evaluatie-rie\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/en\/organisatiecultuur-beleid\/risico-inventarisatie-en-evaluatie-rie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">risk inventory and evaluation&nbsp;(RI&amp;E)<\/a> tool that enables customers not only to realise healthy and safe working in their&nbsp;ownorganisation, but also to contribute to corporate social responsibility in the chain.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mission \u2018Healthy people in healthy organisations\u2019 is what we aim for every day.
