Daarmee heeft het een belangrijk aandeel in de uitval van medewerkers. Maar wat verstaan we nu precies onder psychosociale arbeidsbelasting of PSA?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Arbowet verstaat onder<a href=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/employability-preventie\/overige-employability-expertises\/bedrijfsmaatschappelijk-werk\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/activehealthgroup.nl\/employability-preventie\/overige-employability-expertises\/bedrijfsmaatschappelijk-werk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> psychosociale arbeidsbelasting<\/a>: \u201cfactoren in de arbeidssituatie die stress veroorzaken\u201d. Daarbij gaat het om seksuele intimidatie, agressie en geweld, pesten, discriminatie en werkdruk<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens artikel 3 lid 2 Arbowet moet de werkgever dan ook beleid voeren om psychosociale arbeidsbelasting te voorkomen.
