Reintegration track 1

Organisations and people are constantly evolving. Positions and working methods change frequently and reorganisations take place. This can lead to a situation in which organisational needs and personal needs no longer match. Employees are not always aware of change, do not feel the space to adopt new ways of working or are asked to perform on competencies that they naturally possess less. As a result, the employee is no longer ‘attuned’ to the job, which can lead to dysfunction or ultimately absenteeism.

The aim of reintegration track 1 is for the employee to return to work within the current organisation. Either in the current position or another available position. In most absenteeism cases, the cause is clear and the employee recovers as expected. In other cases, coaching is necessary.

Coaching on a scientific basis

The aim of reintegration coaching track 1 is to realign the employee with his/her own position within the organisation. If this does not work, another suitable position in the organisation will be considered. We use scientific tools and measure whether the employee’s competencies are in line with their own or adjusted position. Then, the coach helps determine which steps are necessary to achieve sustainable reintegration.

Reintegration in the 1st track not feasible?

Sometimes it turns out that an employee can no longer return to his or her own job. The position can no longer be made suitable and the employee is not eligible for another internal position. The focus of the reintegration will be on finding work outside their own organisation, i.e.: reintegration track 2.
